Inkcarceration Music & Tattoo Festival, named as an ode to its historic prison turned event venue, provides midwesterners with 3 days of rock music, access to tattoo artists from across the US, extreme tourism experiences with free tours of the historic Ohio State Reformatory and early access to the halloween hit tour, Blood Prison, and tent/RV camping.
The venue, historic Ohio State Reformatory (aka Shawkshank Prison), has become a popular tourist destination as the site made famous by the film Shawshank Redemption staring Morgan Freeman and Tim Robbins filmed at the venue.
